If you’ve built with us before, or are currently in the process of building, and want to refer a friend or family member, you and your friend will BOTH receive a $1000 Visa card voucher when they build with us!

 

How it works:

1. Find some friends or relatives who are thinking about building. Ask them if you can put them forward for the Berken Homes referral program.

2. Make sure you friend’s aren’t already talking to a consultant at Berken Homes about building their home

3. Enter your friend’s details in the form on this page.

4. We’ll do the rest! If your friend signs up to build, you will receive your reward when the contract is signed. Easy!

Some common questions we get asked.

  • Can I make variations to my building design once construction has commenced? keyboard_arrow_right
    Unfortunately not. There are a number of issues associated with any variation requested while your home is under construction. All materials are pre-ordered before we begin construction, and trades have been booked well in advance of your new home project commencing. In addition, by this stage, the build plan has been approved by our internal team, as well as external agents including the land Developer and Local Council.
  • Can additional works be made to my home during the construction process? keyboard_arrow_right
    Unfortunately not. Due to current WorkCover, SafeWork legislation and Home Owner Warranty requirements, you cannot nominate to undertake any additional works until after building completion (handover and settlement) has taken place.
  • Can I have access to my home during construction? keyboard_arrow_right

    Yes, you can make an appointment with your Building Supervisor to visit the construction site during normal business hours. Your Building Supervisor can be contacted between 8.30am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, and will require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any site visits.

    All visits must be made under our supervision as your home is a construction site. You may be endangering yourself and others by visiting the site unannounced or after hours.

    Unauthorised entry is not permitted and construction keys will not be given out.

  • Who do I contact if I have any questions or concerns? keyboard_arrow_right
    We will guide you through every stage of the process. Once you’re signed with us,  we will always be happy to immediately assist you personally through any questions or concerns. If you have questions or concerns, contact your builder with the personal number given to you.
  • How do I begin? I don't know where to start or what documents I even need? keyboard_arrow_right
    Just contact us and we will guide you through every single step and stage of the process. We’ll tell you exactly what you need, where to get it and how it’ll be done. We’ll go through all the timelines and expectations together. It’s what we’re best at.
